Bold and Beautiful Summer Bouquet

A real summer sensation of a class!

This fun and relaxing 3 hr masterclass will add some sensational summer designs to your beautiful buttercream flower bouquets!

On arrival, you'll receive a warm welcome to your small class with refreshments served to you directly at your own individual table.

The Bouquet

Then we'll get straight to it as you learn to create a beautiful basket holder to display your cupcakes.  With these skills, you'll be able to create wonderful displays at home with ease and use your new skills to wow friends and family anytime.

Next, you'll practice a whole variety of piping skills and techniques including professional tips and tricks to getting those beautiful, bold shades for your buttercream.

With gorgeous gerberas and sensational sunflowers, you learn how to add real seasonal impact to your bouquets

A special treat

After all that 'hard work' it must be time for tea!  So, sit back and relax as you enjoy a little something special with scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam and lashings of tea and coffee too, of course, all enjoyed from vintage china.  And there may even be a glass of bubbles to add that little extra something special to the proceedings!

(A non-alcoholic alternative is always provides and special dietary requirements can happily be accommodated with prior notice)

Developing your skills

So, feeling refreshed it's time for the final part of the class and you'll have the chance to develop your skills further with some slightly more advanced piping and arrangement skills including how to achieve delicious, 3 dimensional flowers such as buddleia too to really make your designs stand out from the crowd.

Finally, it's time to assemble your beautiful buttercream bouquet, take lots of fabulous photos and feel generally pleased with yourself and your new found baking brilliance!

Keeping you safe & sound

To ensure you enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience, guests now enjoy their own individual table setting so social distancing guidelines can be adhered to throughout the class.

A small 'sanitising station' is available for use throughout the day and masks/ visors may be worn, as desired.

Class sizes have been reduced so spaces are very limited.
