This exciting, full day masterclass combines buttercream flower piping with a whole host of other cake artistry skills, giving you a wonderful basis from which to develop your skills, whether you're a beginner or a pro.

So many skills to explore!

You'll learn how to carve and crumb coat a cake before exploring a wonderful array of  beautiful buttercream flower piping techniques.

You'll even enjoy a little fondant work and working with edible lace.  This really is the ultimate combined skills workshop!

Small group sizes means you'll get all the help you'll need to create your masterpiece in a relaxed, warm and friendly environment.

Everything you'll need

Your ticket covers absolutely everything you'll need on the day including all ingredients, equipment and box to take your beautiful new creation home with you.

All you need to provide is the doll herself (Standard Barbie doll size will be perfect)

So more than just a cake class!

Picnic hamper lunch, plenty of tea and coffee throughout the day and even a cream tea of freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam to enjoy in the afternoon.  We also enjoy a glass of bubbles together with non-alcoholic alternatives provided for those who prefer.

Special dietary requirements are happily catered for, just be sure to let us know when booking.
