This all-inclusive 5 hr masterclass will show you everything you'll need to prepare, cover and decorate a delicious 6" Christmas cake

Whether you're new to baking or just need to improve your skills, this class has something for everyone to learn in a relaxed, warm and friendly small group environment.

 

The perfect recipes

I'll share with you how to make the perfect consistency royal icing for 3D piping so you'll get marvellous results every time.

If you have a family recipe you'd like to elevate, why not bring along your own 6" cake or we are happy to provide a delicious, rich christmas cake or light and fluffy sponge if prefered.

 

Beautiful blooms

enjoy piping beautiful roses with multi tonal petals and see how to chill your flowers for maximum creativity and a professional finish.

 

The art of a crisp finish

Next, we'll be mastering the art of cake covering and i'll be sharing a few little secrets of successful crisp edges and a beautiful, flawless finish on your sugarpaste

 

A Delicious light lunch 

After all that 'hard work,' a light lunch of sandwiches, savoury snacks and cakes is yours to enjoy, all washed down with plenty of tea & coffee of course and all included in your ticket price.

Putting it all together

Finally, it's time to assemble your beautiful design,  bring everything together, take lots of fabulous photos and feel generally pleased with yourself and your new found baking brilliance!

And to celebrate the festive season, we'll be treating ourselved to mulled wine and minced pies during the day.  It is christmas after all!
