We begin by creating a stunning festive yule log centrepiece, complete with pretty pine cones, festive red and white roses, spruce bows and ivy leaves, all suitable to pop into the freezer to wow your guests at any time during the festive season.

In our face to face classes, a glass of mulled wine, a minced pie and a natter are all part of the wonderfully sociable experience our guests enjoy so much so we’ll take a moment to enjoy a glass or a warm mug of something together and chat about our favourite subject of course! Cake!

Feeling refreshed, it's now onto a fun and versatile selection of 4 Christmas cupcake designs, perfect for gifts throughout the season and again suitable for freezing, if desired.

As a little Christmas bonus, I’ll also be showing you how to transform a simple cupcake box into a gorgeous gift box to really showcase your cupcake designs.

The magic of technology

I'll be using multiple camera angles so you can see the techniques up close and in even more detail than in a physical class.

I'll also be checking in with you personally during the class to watch your technique and help you develop your skills.

Before the event, just to make sure you're all ready to go, i'll be checking in with you via email to answer any questions you have about how to connect, the class format or anything else.
