In this fun & friendly early evening class, not only will you master some beautiful buttercream flower piping, you'll learn how to construct elegant designs in shapes, numbers and letters too.

Bubbles on arrival

Enjoy creating amazing blooms in your very first class with a glass of bubbles when you arrive to welcome you.

(Non alcoholic options also available)

The basics

You'll explore all the basics including essential equipment, piping and colouring techniques and you'll be given simple, tried and tested recipes, guaranteed to ensure great results for even the newest baker.

The personal touch

Then we'll get straight to it as you learn to create elegant, personalised letters, numbers & shapes so you'll be able to create wonderful displays at home with ease.

Your class will include your choice of wooden heart shape, letter or number to take home.

(Specific letters & numbers can be pre-ordered, ready for the class)

Different flower techniques

Next, it's onto the piping practice mats as you learn to master a variety of simple yet wonderfully effective petal strokes and techniques before piping your first flowers: delicate apple blossoms & tiny rose buds.

Next, you'll learn how to use icing nails and flower scissors to create more professional, detailed arrangements and master the timeless individual petal rose, plus two colouring techniques that will elevate your flowers to another level.

A special treat

After all that 'hard work' it must be time for tea! So, sit back and relax as you enjoy a little something special with scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam and lashings of tea and coffee too, of course, all enjoyed from vintage china.

(Special dietary requirements can happily be accommodated with prior notice)

Fabulous foliage & beautiful buds

Feeling refreshed, we'll look at the wonderful world of leaves and simple buds and how they can breath life into your flowers (& hide a multitude of mishaps ;-)

The finishing touches

Finally, we'll add those finishing touches & then it's time to stand back, take lots of fabulous photos and feel generally pleased with yourself and your new found baking brilliance!

The evening

All this, set amid a quaint little craft village you can explore before your class making this a wonderful day out to share with someone special or to come and enjoy while making new friends.
