Exploring Pallet Knife Techniques

It's time to get creative! 

I am so excited to be offering this much requested class,  online at last!

In this informal ' have a go and explore' style class we'll be having fun and practicing the basic techniques of this great style of decorating.

Anything goes!

You can work either on a board with me, decorate a chilled buttercream cake or even flat iced, chilled cupcakes or cookies.  The choice is yours!

Work along with me in real time on the day or feel free to sit back, relax and enjoy watching the full class recording when you have more time.  It's yours to download and keep to watch again and again.

Keeping it simple

Once you book your seat, your tickets will be sent by email and that email  will include your Zoom link.  

Just click that link on the day and you'll be directed straight over to Contessa HQ to join me for the class - no confusing passwords -  Nice and simple!

Everything you need

In that same email, you'll also receive a link to access your course materials.  Inside, you'll find details of everything you'll need  for your class including recipes, equipment and a special gift too!  That link will also be the same place you'll find your class recording, ready to download and enjoy again, anytime.

And don't forget,  tickets are PER HOUSEHOLD not per person so invite the neighbours, get the cat involved and feel free to enjoy the experience together! (Children will need to be accompanied by an adult during the class)
