Come rain or shine, the carols & the kettle will be on as you arrive to a warm Sugarcraft Contessa welcome, perfect to get you in the mood for Christmas.

We’ll be exploring a whole range of decorating skills in this fun and varied class including how to master that smooth, crisp finish on your buttercream cakes.

We’ll also be enjoying gingerbread decoration with royal icing and plenty of buttercream piping with fir-cones, ivy berries and lots of lovely festive foliage.

Delicious festive fare.

After all that 'hard work,' you'll enjoy your own picnic hamper lunch, filled with seasonal goodies to enjoy at your own table, all socially distanced with table service throughout the class.

There will be plenty of tea & coffee of course and even a glass of bubbles too, all included with our compliments.

We'll also enjoy some warm minced pies and a drop of mulled wine together in the afternoon to toast the season and your new found buttercream brilliance!

(non-alcoholic alternative will be provided for reindeer & sleigh drivers)

No need to be a master baker for this class! New bakers and seasoned pros will all find something new to enjoy.

Keeping you safe & sound

To ensure you enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience, in accordance to government guidelines, our guests now enjoy their own individual table setting so social distancing can be adhered to throughout the class.

A small 'sanitising station' is set available for use throughout the day and gloves are provided.

You are politely asked to use masks during the class, except when eating and drinking, of course.

Finally, to be sure all guests are fit & well to attend, short questionnaires are requested prior to the event.
