We’ll be exploring a whole range of decorating skills in this fun and varied class including how to master that smooth, crisp finish on your buttercream cakes.
We’ll also be enjoying gingerbread decoration with royal icing and plenty of buttercream piping skills with fir-cones, ivy berries and lots of lovely festive foliage.
