I'll share with you how to make my own super simple yet fabulously effective buttercream recipe that will give you flawless results in half the time.

Next, you'll enjoy piping beautiful roses with multi tonal petals and see how to chill your flowers for maximum creativity and a professional finish.

The art crisp edges

Ever marvelled at those razor sharp edges on professional cakes and wondered how they do that?

Next you'll learn everything you need to know to start getting beautifully smooth and crisp finishes on your buttercream cakes.

A Delicious light lunch
