This exciting,full day masterclass is right for anyone who'd really like to develop their piping skills beyond the beautiful basics and includes a whole variety of flowers & techniques, suitable for fast learning beginners and improves alike.

Enjoy creating amazing blooms in your very first class with a glass of bubbles when you arrive to welcome you.

The Bouquet

Then you'll get straight to it as you learn to create a beautiful basket holder to display your cupcakes.  With these skills, you'll be able to create wonderful displays at home with ease and use your new skills to wow friends and family anytime.

Your first flowers

Next, it's onto the piping practice mats as you learn to master a variety of simple yet wonderfully effective petal strokes and techniques before piping your first flowers directly onto your cakes.  We'll start with sensational sunflowers then delicate peonies and big, blousey camellias.

Fabulous foliage

Then we'll look at the wonderful world of leaves and simple foliage and how it can breath life into your flowers (& hide a multitude of mishaps ;-)

Enjoy a delicious lunch together

After all that 'hard work' it must be time for lunch

So,  relax as you enjoy an afternoon tea style late lunch of sandwiches, savoury bites, fresh strawberries & plenty of scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam for pud, all served in your own individual picnic basket.

 Plus lashings of tea and coffee too, of course, all enjoyed from elegant vintage china.

Developing your skills

So, feeling refreshed it's your chance to develop your skills further with some more advanced piping and arrangement skills.

Fabulous fuchsias, irises and clematis will be our focus for this part of the day.

You'll learn how to use icing nails and flower scissors to create more professional, detailed arrangements and master a range of colouring techniques that will elevate your flowers to another level.

The great reveal!

Finally, it's time to assemble your sensational summer bouquet, take lots of fabulous photos and feel generally pleased with yourself and your new found baking brilliance!

For your peace of mind

In light of recent events, we have reduced our class sizes to make sure you can enjoy a safe, socially distanced experience during your class.

A week prior to the event, all guests are asked to complete a wellness questionnaire to make sure everyone is fit to attend & you will have access to hand washing facilities, hand sanitiser, gloves & masks (if desired) on the day.

At this time, all refreshments are served directly to you at your table and you can enjoy your own individually packed hamper for lunch adding another little touch of luxury as well as saftey for our guests on the day.
