It's time to grab a cuppa (or a glass  if you prefer) and enjoy the best hour of the working week as we get down, get open and get real about all things baking and business.

Come on in to our warm and welcoming Zoom room and share the highs and lows of your biz journey.  You'll be in good company with fellow cakers, bakers and sweet treat makers who understand what it's really like turning our passion into profit and sustaining that all-important motivation to go out there and make it happen!

Whole group session

We kick off the session by coming together as a whole group and sharing those wins, hints and must have tips of the week. (Plus important news such as who's getting it in this week's Bake Off, of course 😉)

Next, we offer 3 bakers the chance of a 5 minute spotlight to pitch their problem and gain new perspectives and insights from the whole group.  It's amazing the breakthroughs that come up when you let others shine their light on your situation (and also great to see you're not the only one dealing with those same thoughts, feelings and issues!)

Chillout  rooms

Finally, it's time for chats, shares and support in smaller groups as you head off to the 'chillout/ breakout rooms' to connect, build friendships and enjoy the sugary sisterhood with fellow bakers who 'just get it.'

Just some of the ways we'll be engaging, growing and supporting each other from the comfort of our own homes and getting that all important connection with others who can inspire us.
